All terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use Yoocan will not verify Personal Information (as defined below) provided by you and cannot judge on your legal capacity under the law applicable to you. 5. Data Retention

We will retain Personal Information which pertains to you for as long as needed to provide Service to Our Users, subject to the compliance with this Privacy Policy. We may further retain and use this Personal Information as necessary to comply with Our legal obligations, maintain accurate accounting, financial and other operational records, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. If you decide to terminate your account with us, copies of your profile information may remain on back up media.
