New Horizons, Inc.

New Horizons Village originated and incorporated as a 501 (c)(3) with a focus of educating the public about people with disabilities and educating people with disabilities about strategies for independent living. New Horizons Village (NHV), now 12 buildings and 26 acres, is an organization of mentally alert adults with physical disabilities and their able bodied supporters. Our mission is to provide our constituents the environment and tools necessary to promote growth and self determination. NHV offers an opportunity for barrier free, accessible, independent living for adults with severe physical disabilities.
