New Horizons Service Dogs, Inc.

It is the mission of New Horizons to enhance the quality of life of physically disabled persons, enabling them to achieve and maintain a satisfactory degree of mobility, independence and autonomy in their lives by providing them with proper training and the assistance of professionally trained service dogs. In order to insure the success of our mission we will work to increase public awareness of canine assistance programs, their benefits and unique needs.
