The organization is dedicated to sail training of individual sailors with disabilities and to provide national and international amateur sailing competitions. It is the organization's goal to provide opportunities for sailors to reach their personal goals, enjoy the sport of sailing, and to develop their skills to compete on the Paralympic level.
