Dancin' on wheels!

Mia Isabella is 8 years old. She contracted meningitis at 19 days old, and as a result suffered multiple strokes in her brain and spinal cord. This left her as a paraplegic and with developmental delays, but this does not get in the way of her wanting to live the life of a typical 8 year old girl. Last year she started taking dance class, and she says that after she's finished with dance this year, she wants to do gymnastics! The only limits are the ones we place on ourselves, so if she wants to dance and do gymnastics, then we will find a way to make it happen!
