She is not defined by her challenges but instead she is recognized for her spunk

This is Emma Mondragon. Emma was born with Myelomeningocele Spina Bifida, hydrocephalus, paralysis along with many more diagnoses. She is not defined by her challenges, but instead recognized for her spunk, vibrant personality, and her ability to roll into a room and make everyone smile. She has a natural gift of making people happy. Emma loves life, her friends, and sports. She is an active and social person who has had the opportunity to participate in multiple sports.

Emma's top 5 favorite sports are Sled Hockey, WCMX, Wheelchair Dance, Snow Skiing, and Karate. She has also loved and played Wheelchair Basketball, Soccer, Rugby, Tennis, Horseback Riding, Surfing, and Kayaking. On an average day Emma loves to play with her friends. She rolls out the door, down the steps, off the curb, and across the street to her friend's house. She transfers from wheelchair to skateboard and to her favorite activity of driving her friends around on her 4-wheeler. Emma is full of energy and excitement, she truly can do anything.
