My name is Brandon Thomas and I am 19 years old and a native of Jamaica. I was born with Spina Bifida. At birth it was discovered that I also had a birth defect named Myelomeningocele which causes a hole to be in the spine, but a surgery was done to close it. Throughout my life experience I was encountered by countless obstacles and sometimes i feel left out from the able bodied people that live their lives different from the disabled, but nevertheless I am still a normal person who is capable of doing everyday things in life. I was born this way and this is the way that God has made me.
