I am a paraplegic complete since 2+ years. A couple of months ago I had surgery for an Epidural Stimulation device. Since then, I am training every day to try to improve my mobility. You can follow my story on Instagram @jessonherfeet. For all of us living with SCI, every day is a fight against ourselves, our own bodies. Important is to never give up and focus on what we can control and act on.
